The delicious multigrain noodles are made from high quality buckwheat sorghum flour, and chicory root fiber. These naturally gluten-free grains are easy to digest and provide the body with a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Not only is this pasta good for you, but also it's good for the environment-our pasta is sustainably produced using solar, water and wind energy.
Bring a pot of 4½ cups of water to a boil
When the water boils, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add ½ cup of dry pasta per person to the Boiling water. (to get the best taste and texture, the pasta should not be added to the water prior to boiling).
Cook the pasta for 5-6 minutes
Once the pasta is cooked to your desired texture, drain the pasta and serve with your favorite recipe.
