Does not use Magnesium Citrate I you are looking for an easily absorbed magnesium this is not the product for you...if not I guess it's okay October 15, 2012

High Quality Cal-mag-zinc product! I like taking this product later in the evening for the purpose of relaxing and later sleeping -- it works wonders, and is quite consistent in quality,i.e., same feeling each time. They are also very easy on the stomach. Highly recommended ! March 4, 2009
