didn't realize that I was ordering tablets... Disappointed that I chose tablets rather than capsules. I believe a hard tablet won't break down and absorb as well as capsules. The Schiff brand is a good one, but I'd rather take capsules. March 27, 2013

Schiff Guided Multi Minerals I have been using this product for a few weeks and I believe they are helping me to feel a more even mood, and my nails and hair are thicker an stronger.. Also, I suspect my immune system is stronger from using this product. February 9, 2009
