Disappointed I am disappointed that Schiff no longer makes this vitamin in sustained release which is much better. When I contacted the company as to why they quit making it in sustained release, the person I spoke to said cost effectiveness for the company. Your body is not going to absorb all of what is in these vitamins, and a lot of it will be excreted. With sustained release, the body absorbs it throughout the day which is much better. The consumer is the loser here. March 16, 2013

Best vitamins I love these vitamins. I actually started using them a few years ago, purchasing them at a local specialty pharmacy where they cost quite a bit more. These are the only vitamins I've ever taken that I could tell were working. I feel better and my hair is healthier, which was a welcome surprise.
