Great and easy to swallow These pills are easy to swallow and they have plenty of calcium with the proper ratio of magnesium. Big soft gelcaps that are surprisingly easy to get down. Can't get too excited about calcium supplements, but these are the best I've found. I'd certainly recommend them. August 3, 2011

Oily softgels I've used this same calcium softgel for 2 years and have never had a problem with them before. I purchased 3 bottles this time and have only opened the first one. every softgel tablet has an oily residue on it. After putting one in my hand to take, my hand is left with oily residue on it.
