| Description: Blessed Thistle has long been used by women to balance out hormonal changes. It is believed to ease menstrual cramps, and can also help increase milk supply in breastfeeding women. Blessed Thistle contains many important vitamins and minerals, including B-Complex vitamins, calcium, Iron, and Manganese. Blessed thistle is traditionally used to ease gas, constipation, and general stomach pains. Its bitterness is believed to stimulate digestive activity and improve digestion. Useful in treatment of: indigestion and heartburn, Painful Menstruation, pregnancy and Post Partum. Recommended Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily for most uses.
