Damiana
Description: Damiana is a shrub with small yellow flowers, generally found in the drier areas of Mexico and California. It has been traditionally used in Latin America as a sexual stimulant; no research has been done on this, however.
Damiana acts as an overall body tonic, and can act as an antidepressant for mild depression.

Useful in treatment of: depression.

Recommended Dosage: 250 mg twice daily.

Contraindications: None.
