Resveratrol
Description: Resveratrol is a naturally occurring antioxidant that decreases the "stickiness" of blood platelets and helps blood vessels to remain open.1 It may also help prevent the progression of cancer,2
Resveratrol appears to have estrogen-like properties, and may be helpful in the treatment of breast diseases.

Resveratrol is found in many plants, and can be taken either as a supplement or as it occurs naturally.

Natural Sources: Grapes, Peanuts, Red Wine.

Useful in treatment of: atherosclerosis

Recommended Dosage: 200 to 600 mg daily.

Contraindications: None.
