"I bought this product and used it following the instructions on the label. Always taking a bottle with me to the gym and drinking through my workout.

It tastes good, specially if you mix it with cold water. Ok, but taste is not why we buy supplements. And I must say this one had no effect on my body. No energy, no volume, no increase in protein synthesis. Nothing. I was just like drinking orange juice.

We all know that a product may work for a person and not work for another one. At least for me, it didn't"
