Push yourself harder, recover faster I find that with Xtend I'm not so tired during the workout and recover faster, not feeling drained the whole day after a early morning workout. Watermelon may be a tad too sweet. I'll also try the lemon one. Even being a bit too sweet, it works great and I drink lots more water because of it. Highly recommended. February 20, 2013

Great product to add some BCAAs to your stack I've been using this product for about a year now as an intra-workout. Flavor is great and it mixes very clean, no gritty residue or anything left behind. I'm not a big fan of products with a lot of stimulants in them, and although that seems to be the trend with most BCAAs nowadays, Scivation doesn't add any caffeine or other stims to this product, only high quality ingredients. I've noticed while using this product that recovery time seems to be greatly reduced. February 9, 2013

One of the best BCAA supplements My post workout soreness has been greatly reduced since I started supplementing with BCAAs intraworkout. I have tried many, many different BCAA products. Xtend is one of my 2 go to brands (Controlled Labs Purple Wraath is my favorite) . Great BCAA product It tastes really great, but like all other BCAA's, the powder doesn't mix the greatest. There are always still undissolved pieces floating around the top. I tend to stir it, then chug it. The taste is like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, maybe slightly diluted in flavor but much better than other BCAA's I've tried. January 15, 2013
