Crunchy and Delicious!
Another great way to add iodine in your diet. Makes a great stir fry even better. I soften bok choy or fennel, shallots, celery and minature red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers in California Ranch olive oil. Season with fresh basil, Redmond salt & fresh ground pepper. Add the noodles and the water used to soak the noodles as broth. Heat thoroughly. If preferred, add homemade chicken broth or beef broth. Delicious tasty healthy meal!

YES YES YES!!!
I'm a Korean-American and of course grew up enjoying the different kelp-type noodles in various yummy dishes. I was so so thrilled to see this available to American cultures! My husband is on a strict grain/gluten/wheat/starch/yeast free diet...he loves pasta. SO, this does the trick! I make him stir fried noodles and he loves it...I LOVE the fact that I can grub along and not feel any guilt since it's virtually calorie/carb free. Oh yeah!!

Crunchy...but
These noodle take a while to get used. If you expect these to be like regular pasta, they are not. Even after you get them soft, their they still can be kind of tangly so I would suggest cutting them in half. Unless you want to eat them because they are raw, I suggest pouring hot to boiling water over the noodle with a half of a lime or lemon's juice for about 2-4hrs. Afterwards put on the stove and allow to come to a bowl and simmer for a few minutes and they will be soft any ready to go. After much trial and error. googling I found they work best for me as a base for pasta salad. Fresh chopped veggies, tuna if you eat it and some vinaigrette and it was delish and satisfying. I gave the product 4 stars because it was difficult trying to figure out how to use them. I still haven't used them with spaghetti so that's my next experiment.

I love these low cal crunchy noodles with my stir fry meals and home made spaghetti, it's too bad you no longer carry them. :(

An excellent source of raw nutrition!
A friend of mine serves these to us for dinner one night and now I am hooked! I am all about raw, whole foods, vitamins and minerals from real food...etc. These food product is an excellent source of all that and more! Especially delicious served at room temperature with a skillet full of sautéed veggies....with Braggs Liquid Aminos and some freshly ground ginger! YUMMMMMY!
