Seeds of Change Certified Organic Mild Curry Sauce Tikka Masala -- 12 oz
This is a delicious, versatile sauce and saves me a lot of time on busy weeknights. I can pour a jar of this over some cubed tofu and thawed frozen peas, or over some ground beef and spinach, and a complete dinner is ready in 5 minutes. My kids (age 5 and 2) love it, my husband loves it, and I love it. One thing I will say is that the flavor is pretty mild and mellow -- not as strongly spiced as one might expect from an Indian sauce (and I don't mean hot spice, just general spice). But that works out well for us because, as I said, my young children love this, plus I can always jazz it up with my own spices if I want. This sauce has become one of our pantry staples.

This product is the first line of kosher Indian condiments to hit the store shelves. I learned to cook Indian food before I kept kosher and there were many brands of condiments from which to choose - but there were no kosher ones until Seeds of Change came along. I've tried most of the Seeds of Change products and like this one, Mild Curry Sauce Tikka Masala, they're all GREAT. The flavors are as good as or better than any of the old brands and unlike those, with S of C's reliable kosher supervision, you can count on immaculate processing conditions.

Excellent taste and texture.
Makes a lovely and mildly spiced chicken curry. I kicked it up a little bit to taste, with some organic curry powder , but overall , even as is... very tasty ! Nice bit of diced veggies and creamy texture. I can imagine it would also be a great sauce for quick vegetarian curry meal , as well. The best organic curry sauce I have tried.. and I have tried tons over the years.. including from scratch. Definitely a repeat order type of purchase, for me.

Nice taste for a quickly cooked curry.
I have cooked turkey legs in this sauce and it turned out quite tasty.

Great taste without spice heat
I have been using this for several years. The flavor is great and the
sauce doesn't burn my palate. I saute diced onions, chunks of white
fish, add pineapple tidbits and then some of the sauce and serve it over brown rice. We also like to use it with chicken breast chunks.
There are spicier sauces in this brand if you like the "heat".
