Is shipping free for Set & Save items? If your order totals $49 or more, and you live in the United States, congratulations! You get free shipping. If you’ve spent less than $49, standard shipping rates apply. The same policies apply for international customers; however Set & Save orders may be shipped only to addresses within the U.S. You’d then have to arrange for your package to be shipped abroad, which typically involves added fees. How do I return a Set & Save order? Simply follow the return instructions printed on the packing slip that we tucked into the box. Just do it within 30 days, and you’ll receive a refund for the full purchase price. Sample boxes, opened DVDs, and digital purchases cannot be returned. Note that returning item(s) from your Set & Save order does not cancel future delivery. How do I add items to an existing Set & Save order? Simply log in to your account, and it’s a piece o’ cake! Just click on “Order Management” then choose “Set & Save Management.” You’ll be taken to a page where your order can be easily modified. Click “Add Products,” then find what you want using the convenient Set & Save search bar, or browse our customer favorites.
