Is shipping free for Set & Save items?
If your order totals $49 or more, and you live in the United States, congratulations! You get free shipping. If you’ve spent less than $49, standard shipping rates apply. The same policies apply for international customers; however Set & Save orders may be shipped only to addresses within the U.S. You’d then have to arrange for your package to be shipped abroad, which typically involves added fees. What if items in my Set & Save order are backordered?
We’ll let you know. You’ll get an email with all the details when something you’ve ordered isn’t available when your order ships. The item(s) will be delivered separately, at no extra cost to you, as soon as they are available.
How do I return a Set & Save order?
Simply follow the return instructions printed on the packing slip that we tucked into the box. Just do it within 30 days, and you’ll receive a refund for the full purchase price. Sample boxes, opened DVDs, and digital purchases cannot be returned. Note that returning item(s) from your Set & Save order does not cancel future delivery. To do this, you’ll have to adjust your order by signing into My Account, visiting the Manage Set & Save Order page or calling us at (800) 381-0759.
How does the anniversary order work?
Sticking with something for a whole year is a big deal! To thank you for your commitment to Set & Save, you’ll receive a FREE order (with the items you’re scheduled to receive as part of the program) after 12 consecutive months of delivery. Customers must be scheduled for the 30-day delivery option to receive the anniversary order.
How do I save?
Let us count the ways! First, you’re guaranteed the lowest Vitacost.com price for products during your order cycle. You’ll also receive 10% off products when they’re from any of our designated Bonus Brands. Finally, you’ll save time-which, for some, is the greatest savings of all!
How do I add an item to Set & Save?
It’s simple. Just shop Vitacost.com as you normally would, but before adding items to your cart, select "Add to Set & Save" and choose your delivery schedule.
How do I add items to an existing Set & Save order?
Simply log in to your account, and it’s a piece o’ cake! Just click on “Order Management” then choose “Set & Save Management.” You’ll be taken to a page where your order can be easily modified. Click “Add Products,” then find what you want using the convenient Set & Save search bar, or browse our customer favorites. Once you’ve picked a product, just click “Add to Set & Save” and it will be added to your order.
Will each Set & Save item ship separately?
Only if you’ve set up different schedules for products. Otherwise, items will be shipped together, as often as you requested them to be delivered.
What forms of payment do you accept for Set & Save?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Unfortunately, PayPal and Bill Me Later are not accepted.
