To Cook: Sort and rinse. (May contain traces of grain.) Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of peas. Simmer approximately 30-45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Pea soups are very good with the addition of brown rice, which can be cooked along with the peas. They go especially well with potatoes and tomatoes.
