To Cook: Sort, rinse. Soak 1 c. grain in 3 c. water overnight. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Simmer about 45-60 min until tender or water is absorbed.
Serving Tip: The hearty, chewy texture of cooked sorghum grain makes it the perfect substitute for couscous, bulgur and barley in soups and side dishes.
