Simply Organic Devils Food Cake Mix Directions

You will need: 2 large eggs. 3/4 cup water. 6 TBSP (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bottom of 8" cake pan.
  2. Combine eggs (slightly beaten), wter and butter in a mixing bowl. Add contents of package.
  3. Stir until just evenly moist.
  4. Pour into prepared cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center tests done with a toothpick or knife. Cake should begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  6. Cool completely before frosting.
