1. In a saucepan, mix packet contents with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup olive oil, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook over medium-high heat, while stirring constantly. 2. Remove from heat immediately once pesto comes to a boil. 3. Add pesto to freshly prepared pasta, 8 oz. dry. Stir in 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
