Not My Answer I get a lot of sinus headaches and am looking for a natural product to replace Excedrin. Sinol was not the answer, at least not for me. It seems to work if you catch the headache when you first feel it coming on, but does nothing if you use it after the fact. June 29, 2009

excellent for sinus problems THis product worked really well for opening up my sinuses. I was using an over the counter decongestant. I wanted to use something that I would not be dependent on. This really improved my breathing and relieves any sinus headache that I get. better acting and more economical than Sinus Buster spray. Thank you for having this product November 20, 2008

good product this product seems to be working somewhat I think anyway. does give a slight quick burn to the nose and head when you sniff it but as funny as this may sound it does feel good....almost feels like it at least hits the soar spot immediately...however, i am still somewhat skeptical but so far so good June 1, 2008

Spray once into each nostril and then sniff it up into the nasal cavity.
Use 1-3 times before or during headache.
