On a budget? Diet issues? Get this. I use a different Nitric Oxide supplement for my strength workouts, but I use this when I do cardio. Just this, food, and whey. The product contains only the essentials for Nitric Oxide production: Arginine and Citrulline. However, they do not list how much each contains per tablet, so we do not know how much usable Citrulline is there (this is more important than Arginine/AAKG in N.O. production). The good thing about this product is that it's just the basics. Nothing more than the amino acids there. So if you're on a budget and looking for a preworkout supplement without creatine (due to cycling) or caffeine (due to hypertension or sensitivity), then this is for you. I suggest starting with 4 caplets, not 3, if you have already taken supplements with L-Arginine and/or L-Citrulline before. November 8, 2012

Take 1 serving of Professional Strength N.O. fury® caplets with a glass of water once a day. On days of your workout, take your serving 30 to 45 minutes before your workout. On days that you don't workout, take your serving in the morning. Beginners should start with 3 caplets per serving. Advanced and intermediate Athletes should follow the dosing protocol below. Consume 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
