Honey-Roasted Snack Mix

Directions:

  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper (spritz with cooking spray for extra protection against sticking).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add organic honey and stir for about 2 minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble.
  4. Toss in nuts, sunflower seeds and spices. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the nuts are golden brown, stirring often.
  5. Stir in raisins; then spread snack mix evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Let it cool completely before serving.
