Snapdragon Rice Pasta Stir-Fry Tokyo Teriyaki Directions

Cooks in just 15 minutes!

1 package Rice Pasta Stir-Fry

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

4 oz meat or seafood (optional)

3 oz vegetables

2 Tbsp water

In a medium saucepan, bring 6 to 8 cups of water to a boil. Turn off heat.
Quickly immerse noodles from this package in the hot water. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes, until noodles are soft yet firm. Check noodles frequently to prevent overcooking.
Drain noodles thoroughly; run under cold tap water for 30 seconds. Place noodles in a bowl and set aside.
In a wok or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Stir-fry meat (if desired) and vegetables over high heat until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add softened rice noodles, 2 Tbsp water and Snapdragon Stir-Fry Sauce form this package.
Stir-fry all ingredients together until noodles are evenly coated with sauce and ingredients are well mixed, about 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy!
