better to just swallow some pills
This product works fine, I do feel more energy if I take B complex. However, I thought chewables would be more palatable, but they aren't. There is just something about the B vitamins that leaves an aftertaste, whether in pill form or chewable. My advice would be to try them yourselves and see which method you prefer.

tastes terrible
Although I think this supplement is helpful, I cannot get over the horrible taste and large size of the tablets. I have never seen such large chewables before and they have a very bad taste. I will not be purchasing these again.

Glad I got It
This is a good tasting wafer if you like tart things, which I do... sort of like a sweetart candy. My only possible negative is that it's so huge. Too bad the same nutrients can't be had in a much smaller wafer (like B12 sublinguals). The size is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Good Product for Kids Esp.
The pills are large but the flavor is agreeable.

Love it! Except the flavor
This is a winner in our house. I would prefer a different flavor, but besides that, it works well. It's a keeper
