not as good as it might seem
At first glance, a good value and good formulation: buffered C, with Rose Hips, Acerola Cherry etc. However, Solaray is good at giving the appearance of quality, but still uses cheap ingredients. Compare for example to any truly high quality buffered C: Metagenics, or even Emergen-C. Solaray uses calcium carbonate, which is chalk, and magnesium oxide, instead of the better absorbed and gentler ascorbate forms.
I tried this product for 3 months, and have developed a strange sensitivity to it (itch). Never happened before with my other high quality Cs.
