Easily absorbed!
For many years I used other magnesium chelates that I did not absorb. After reading significant research about the glycinate chelate, I initially chose Solaray. Subsequently, of all the other magnesium glycinates I have tried, Solaray Magnesium Glycinate is absolutely the best!

Love It!
Easily digested. Great for relaxing at night. Reasonably priced.

If you look at the powder closely you can find impurities, small black rock, red fibers... I don't know but doesn't sound good unfortunately there is no a lot of choice for glycinate form.
