Good for People with Digestion Issues This is one of the few Essential Amino Acid products on the market and I take because I have issues with being able to digest all kinds of foods but especially proteins. Since the "essential" amino acids cannot be manufactured in the body, and are crucial for good health, this product ensures that I am getting at least a minimal amount these important amino acids. Solgar has a great reputation and Vitacost offers at a reasonable discount. Thansk Vitacost! Solgar makes excellent products but at regular retail they are kind of expensive. November 4, 2011
