Trusted brand..don't like the "hard pressed" form
I got the product because I have used and trusted Solgar in the past but I was disappointed to discover the hard pressed capsule form. I did the classic "soak in vinegar" test on the vitamin and it did not break down in an hour or even over night, completely. It could be psych-somatic but I prefer capsules to hard pressed..I just feel that the body is able to break it down and benefit from the product more. Otherwise, I am not experiencing joint pain so it may be working I just feel that it may not be to the best potential.

This is my third bolltle with Solgar brand. My first bottle is 3 ingredients excluding hyaluronic acid, and the second bottle plus hyaluronic acid. I feel the product gives me good results such as strong finger+feet nails, increase more moisture on my face (I'm in 50s and the cheek skin is quite dry before taking this supplement).

Another Great Product
My husband uses this product and says it is very helpful. I gave it a 4 star rating because he said he still hurts but not as much.

No effect at all that I could tell.
I tried this for over a month and it seemed to have no effect on me. Then I tried something similar, with Boswelia in it, at the grocery store and it worked dramatically well.
