Great product but a bit pricey! If you take this plan on getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep. It seems to "kick-in with about 20-30 minutes. I sleep soundly (usually get between 8-9 hours of sleep) when I take this. This is great when traveling (hotels) as you don't have that sleep feeling like you can get from one of the "PM' meds! I highly reccomend it, but plan on also trying the vitacost brand since it is less than 1/2 the price. October 8, 2012
