In a rice cooker or stove top combine:
1 cup SooFoo
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
If cooking in a rice cooker, follow rice cooker instructions. If cooking on a stove, put ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to allow SooFoo to simmer and cook for 45-50 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Turn off burner and let stand for 10 minutes.
