Muscle Mass addresses multiple body systems to achieve successful workouts and long-term muscle development. Muscle Mass supports muscle development, energy generation, adrenal function, lipid metabolism, and hormone regulation.
Men - 1 to 4 tablets; Women - 1 to 2 tablets. Take once daily, preferably on an empty stomach (3 or more hours after a meal) and 45 minutes prior to a workout. May also be taken at night before retiring.
