I use this monthly as a detox. It's helpful to remove the metals that we all seem to be breathing more of these days. After using it per the bottle directions, I feel much better.

Once You Get Over The Taste
I'm taking this with garlic oil and chlorella. The Cilantro oil tastes nasty but I take it that means it's the good stuff. It also has chlorella in it. Don't put it in the fridge as it gunks up.
As long as I'm doing a mercury detox I'll continue using this product. Real cilantro is a pain to deal with on a daily basis.
