Source Naturals Coenzymated™ B-6 Sublingual -- 25 mg - 120 Sublingual Tablets

5 stars except for taste
This is the best p-5-p version of coenzyme B6 I have used. Tried capsules, other brands (several). Nothing comes close. I use it with 1000mg C, 100mg Taurine, B complex (preferably all or mostly coenzyme), high-dose folic acid or pre-converted folate + Glutamine. Combo helps keep GABA up &/or from diminishing. The Source Naturals coenzymated B6 seems to have a mild calming effect by itself, however --make sure to take it with folic acid at least; surprised it's not included in lozenge. Keep a breath mint around or something to cut off the strong B taste (seems B6 is a big part of vitamin B complexes' famous odor). Do not be fooled by the "mint" flavor suggested on the label; the lozenge tastes nasty, but it dissolves faster than most of Source Natural's other lozenges and I am able to tolerate a bad taste for short time --it is easy to get rid of, unlike some aftertastes that stick around. Overall a Great product at a phenomenal price.

Best P-5-P Available
I have tried other brands and even Source Natural's 100mg. This is the only one I have found that I can completely absorb. This is very important for me, being one of those people who can't utilize regular B6.

Prefer a whole food source of B6 but can't find one so I settled for this. 2nd best isn't so bad.

A Great Way to Get Your B6
I have been buying this product for years. For those of us who need extra B6, it's an easy way to take it, under the tongue once a day. Peppermint flavor makes a good breath mint as well.

GLUTEN IN THIS B-6
Be warned! This product contains wheat and gluten. Although it declares these 2 offensive ingredients on its back label, to unwary buyer like me, it was late. I developed a rash right shortly taking it. I wish I had bought other brands instead.
