Sugar flavored chalk
Have used other D-Ribose brands before which are flavored much better. This made me gag and I must follow it immediately with a glass of water, after chewing it only enough to easily swallow the chunks. Recommend other brands.

Seems to work!
I had used this product and it definitely seemed to work at giving me more energy. But, then I switched to the NSI brand because it was cheaper and I was very disappointed. Went back to Source Naturals and my energy is up again. It is expensive, but worth it.

Good value, but I don't like the texture of the product as much as others I have purchased.
