Source Naturals DIM Diindolylmethane -- 100 mg - 120 Tablets
while I do not how if this would be good for everyone,
I think trying it at at least 3 per day to see if you get results
may produce favorable results.
As a male taking several supplements, I would say this has
benefited me. I often forget to take it, so that has me saying it
is hit or miss at this time. I would recommend this at bedtime.

I've been taking this supplement for years. I can't honestly say I know for sure if it's working but read many reviews on how this helps balance your hormones and hoping it's working. I just decided to do an "online" hormonal test so we will soon see how balanced I am. I've read many books recommending this supplement for women of my age so continue to take along with Calcium D Glucorate.

I have done lots of research on estrogen dominance, and this product is mentioned repeatedly. Specifically, it balances the negative and beneficial forms of estrogen (there is more than one: estriol, estradiol, and estrone), placing the balance in favor of the beneficial forms. Imbalances are caused by the typical environmental factors of our age: contaminated water supply, excess xenoestrogens in food and cosmetics, etc, and we women are suffering the effects with increased menopausal symptoms: fatigue, irritability, lack of motivation, low libido, fat storage around the waist, to name a few. This product contains a molecule that is found in cruciferous vegetables, particularly broccoli, but a human would need to ingest several pounds of broccoli every day in order to receive even a fraction of the amount found in this supplement.
I am a 46-yr-old woman, and when I take this supplement, I find that my energy levels and mood are vastly improved. Others around me appreciate this, as do I. The research on it speaks for itself.

I take this once a day on the advice of my natural hormone doctor. Further reading has convinced me to continue.
