Great Product
I started taking this with L-caritinine and I have WAY more energy and I am not craving sugar. I am the type of person who can't resist a candy bowl place in front of me, but now, I don't even think twice. I have lost 6 lbs in a week. I'm not heavy, just always have those last 5 lbs I want gone and wow these two supplement s have worked wonders for me.

Good product. Helpful in keeping down addiction to sugar, chocolate, etc.

didn't seem to work
I purchased this product to help curb carbohydrate cravings - it doesn't seem to help at all.

i felt the difference
almost immediately after started this product i felt more strength in my calves, better immunity, and it help brighten my eyes. i thought "hey if this is good let me try to find another and see if it's even better. i tried jarrows tablets but didn't feel the same results i felt with this one. i'm thinking of now trying a powder supplement instead of the cap/tab. BUT so far i do know that source naturals makes great products. i've had much success with there wellness and colloidal supplement.
