Easy to take a small amount
Valine is a supplement I had never heard of until I had a micro-nutrients test run-- blood and urine testing (by Genova Diagnostics, called NutrEval--I recommend this testing for everyone, and VitaCost sells many of the supplements I found I need). I am slightly deficient in this amino acid. This powder form makes it easy for me to take a small amount of this. I only need about 1/20th of a teaspoon-well, half of 1/8 is 1/16th, so I take just a bit less than half of the 1/8 teaspoon (measured level).
Don't let all these numbers overwhelm you--if you need this supplement, the powdered form is easy to take. L-Valine is needed for building our muscles.
