don't recommend the product I found these tablets hard to swallow because they are not in a capsule. I need to break them in half to swallow them. Wish I bought another brand. I'll use them until finished then buy another brand. July 8, 2011

Awful- Nausea and Stomach Upset I could not take this stuff (even on a full stomach) without it making me sick and I don't have a particularly sensitive digestive system. I tried repeatedly, even cutting the pill in half, with the hope that my body would adjust, but I simply couldn't shake the side effects. I recommend that you don't take GTE unless you have a steel gut and if you do try it, buy only one small bottle at first so you don't waste your money. August 12, 2009
