Great for joints that ache
I have used some form of glucosamine product for the past 20 years off and on for my knee pain. This is the only product that has really worked for me. I have been taking it now for about 2 yrs and have been pain free.

Huge horse pills w/ half the concentration (mg)
I can't say whether or not these are effective because these pills are BIG, which makes me not want to take them because swallowing these horse pills are so uncomfortable.
At the moment, this is the only Joint Complex I know of to combine Hyaluronic Acid and Glucosamine ETC. in one pill. But I much rather prefer taking multiple smaller pills rather than one Giant pill.
Furthermore, these pills contain 750mg of Glucosamine instead of the typical 1500mg. The chondroitn and MSM are also half as concentrated (contain has as many mg) as compared to other joint complexes.
I'm a 30 year old active guy that may not need a high dosage of the ingredients, but I feel like I do because I also strength train and play racquetball...activities that put a lot of stress on my joints.
I'm going to avoid this horse pill and start taking NSI Hyaluronic Acid WITH Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM complex (either the NSI or Doctor's Best brand) because those pills are smaller and thus more manageable to swallow. They are also provide more mg/serving.

these pills are to large to swollow i am returning them
tried to take them whole and in halfs almost choked

Great Joint Supplement
This product seems almost ideal for joints, except for being a little low in MSM! I supplement with additional MSM from Jarrow and Natural Factors Bromelain and Turmeric. A little pricey but worth it!
