Been taking this product consistently and seems to keep unwanted fat away, however you still need to do the work to assist in the fat burning process. I Love this stuff I wanted to get a little extra weight off after my six child. This stuff really helped to curb the appetite, and give some extra energy. I don't take as much as suggested, don't need to. Just four a day works for me. Two in the morning and two later afternoon. I recommend this product. May 9, 2009
