Source Naturals K-Mag I like the potassium/magnesium combination in one supplement. I do not like the pill form. It does not seem to be as effective as capsules. I don't think that the pills ever fully dissolve, allowing them to be absorbed fully in the intestines. I prefer NSI Potassium & Magnesium capsules. April 25, 2009

Highly recommended! This is only my first bottle but I'll be keeping it in my daily supplement regimen. It provides Magnesium and Potassium both of which are often lacking in our diets. We tend to OD on Calcium and Sodium in our diets and seriously need to balance out with magnesium and potassium to maintain good health. May 14, 2007
