About time After nearly 20 years of not being able to get L-tryptophan in this country I am delighted and surprised that it is available again. So far I am happy with this product and am sleeping better. I also take a B complex vitamin along with the L-tryptophan because many years my Dr. said it helps aid in the production of serotonin.
