Lyle Macwilliam wrote a report on tests of bioavailability- actual body useability- of ingredients in various brands of multi's, comparing them to stated content and daily needs. 1000 multi's were initiallly lab screened, 500 were thrown out as useless, of the remaining 500 most only provided 1%-4% of stated content and need, according to lab tests. 80% provided less than 20% of stated content. The Source Naturals Life Force Multi came in 4TH from the top of the list. The three better performers cost up to 5 times the SN LFM cost, with at most a 13% increase in providing daily needs. This is one of the few things we take that we can feel the difference without it.

Solid Formula
This is really a quality formula, although I think going with three pills rather than the two-pill serving size would be a good idea (Choline then at 75mg, which still isn't much, but better than 50mg).
I called to make sure the vitamin E succinate was naturally derived and it is, in fact, derived from soy, which is good news. Most synthetic vitamins are comparable to their natural equivalents, but vitamin E has been demonstrated more effective in its natural form. Not a place to skimp :)
Also a definite bargain for the breadth of nutrients and the quality of ingredients--far better than the similarly priced NSI Synergy Basic multi.
