Excellent multi-mineral
This is a high quality multi-mineral. Tablets are easy to take and have pleasant smell & taste. For some tablets can be too large but I have no problems with it. You can take up to four tablets a day; I take just one as I think that is sufficient as supplement.

Life minerals contained greater percentages of essential minerals than other brands. I did a spreadsheet to decide which one was best value.

doesn't dissolve...
...therefore it cannot be absorbed into the body properly. I put one tablet into vinegar and after twenty minutes it had not dissolved. The top layer had barely sloughed off. I left it in vinegar overnight and it was still a solid tablet. There is no way this is being broken down and absorbed into my body. I only decided to test this when I started feeling bad after switching from mineral capsules to these tablets. Stick with capsules that dissolve. Once back on my mineral capsules, I felt good again.

I really like this product because it has absorbable forms of minerals with added bonuses like B-6, and vitamin C. I love the magnesium to calm me, balanced with calcium. I love Source Naturals products; they seem to put alot of thought into their supplement. I only wish it were in caplets to ensure effectiveness.

Awesome minerals!
I have been taking these minerals for 1 year and have had wonderful results from improved circulation, increased absorption and less gas and bloating. I obviously require more minerals than average and this product has been wonderful. It has also reduced my cellulite. Excellent product.
