Necessary supplement
Most people dont get enough Magnesium. It helps promote energy among many other important bodily functions. Read about it from a reliable source and you too will be convinced. I chose this particular one for the dose amount and type.

Supperior to other brands I've tried
This mg supplement seems to be working better than anything I have tried. The malate in it is supposed to improve absorption. I have a sensitive stomach so I have to take this with food.

Excellent Source of Magnesium
Magnesium malate was recommended to me by my naturopath. It helps to increase my energy. The Source Naturals brand is reasonably priced as compared to other brands. I take these along with a calcium supplement. The size of the magnesium malate tablet is big but not too big. It helps to take the tablet with some warm water. Will purchase again.
