Easy on stomach.
I bought this hoping it would be absorbed quicker and be easier on my stomach than some other magnesium supplements I have tried in the past. So far so good. A little pricey but worth it.

Essential Magnesium
This is an excellent form (malate) of magnesium, readily usable by the body. The "oxide" form found in many lower quality mineral supplements is not easily absorbed and can create internal "rusting" and free radical damage. I find this product works well for me and my wife, and it is an excellent value as well.

Quality ingredients!
I was very pleased to find this fine product with Magnesium Malate as the main ingredient rather than many lesser quality Magnesium products which use Magnesium "OXIDE".
This product has performed as well for me as magnesium which I have paid much more for ... I couldn't be more satisfied ... Thank you Source Naturals and Vitacost for another excellent quality supplement at a fair price!
