Melatonin is one of those products that seems to work for many people but not for others. It does not work for me

Great tasting. Doesn't work as fast as the spray, though. My favorite version of melatonin supplement and my family's favorite version. Get this. You'll love it. If you want to feel sleepier before you hit the pillow, get the oral spray but I don't like having all that liquid under my tongue (maybe because I think is will absorb better if I hold it there and don't swallow right away.)
