Good formula
I have tried the Source Naturals melatonin in a variety of formulas and strengths. I like this one better than the "Melatonin Complex" because although the Complex has co-factors that help you absorb the melatonin, it makes the pill itself large and too slow-dissolving. I have woken in the AM with a half-dissolved melatonin under my tongue! This one just contains the melatonin and dissolves quickly, as it should. So me and my boyfriend prefer this one.
