outstanding sleep aid
As a RN and nutritionist I find this sleep aid really works over others I have tried when taken as directed. The pills are large but you can crush them in a tribest blender or similar and add them to a little yogurt or applesauce if needed.

Best comprehensive sleeping aid ever
This is the best sleeping aid compounded in four tablets which I've found over the years. It has all the important ingredients that aid sleep without a hangover feeling the following day. Indispensible part of my daily vitamin intake.
