Pretty good product I have been taking St. John's Wort for three months now and definitely noticed a large improvement on my mood. I even convinced my husband to try it and now he uses it regularly too. In the three months we have tried several brands including this one. Although this is a good form of it, I prefer a different brand. They are all a little different so I would suggest trying a few brands until you find the one that works best for you and this would be a brand to try. As the bottle says, you have to take it for several weeks before it really noticeably works and that is about how long it took for me. October 7, 2007
