"i tried spray for five days at full dose (3 sprays under tongue etc.
but it did absolutely nothing for me and i went back to using tamaze"

"We bought this product at our Dr.'s recommendation for our 3 year old, autistic son. It works great to help him get to sleep quickly if you make sure to spray it under the tongue. However, we had a difficult time getting the spray under the tongue so we ended up switching to a capsule form and dissolving it in water to administer."
